Our guarantee to you

We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not, please contact us immediately by email or phone. We will arrange a solution with you.

In the first instance:

Damaged Goods (if applicable)
Please ensure that your products are in good order when you receive them. If for any reason they have suffered damage during transit please contact us immediately.

Please supply us with photo's so that we can pass these on to the shipping agent. It happens very rarely and we take great care with packing your order but sometimes life just happens, rest assured we will be keen to get you your replacement as soon as possible and will dispatch on receipt of photo's and covering email.

Returns (if applicable)
If you wish to return a product for any reason, please let us know first. We only accept returns which are undamaged, unopened and returned in the same packaging. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
When we  refund you a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 working day

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
All should run smoothly but some banks take time to show the credit in your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your bank account. Contact your bank, credit card or Pay Pal, which ever is appropriate. It may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@chefbernie.co.uk.

If you have received a gift and want to return it (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you to use in our online shop.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver after we receive the returned gift.

There are some things that we don't refund on, sorry, these are:
Gift cards

For any returns you should contact us first and we will confirm the return address with you.

Shipping costs re: returns 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping

costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
