We didn’t have much money when I was growing up in St Lucia, so I learnt to mix up my own unique blend of herbs and spices, add them to simple, fresh ingredients and turn them into delicious meals for my family and friends.

My ketchups and hot sauce started life in the Hobbit Pub in Southampton where they became fan favourites.
When people started asking for take home tubs filled with Banana Ketchup, we knew we needed to do something more. So in 2010 we started bottling and selling our sauces at local markets and shows. And the rest as they say is history!
My Jerk Paste and Hot Sauce Ranges are based on traditional Caribbean flavours with a Chef Bernie twist!
I am passionate about using natural ingredients, I never use thickeners, emulsifiers or man made preservatives. I only use natural ingredients, just like the ones you’d use if you were making sauce in your own kitchen.
As well as being junk free, all my sauces are vegan and gluten free. So everyone around your table can enjoy your food and my sauces together.
