The fiery combination of tomatoes, garlic, scotch bonnet, coriander and fresh lemon brings heat and zing to your meat, fish and veggies

Use in casseroles, stir fries, or in your slow cooker 

As a cooking sauce each jar serves 6 people 

Each jar will marinade  2,5 kilos of meat or vegetables. 

As there is no added sugar, it’s a perfect sauce to use on the BBQ, because it it won’t burn

Add it to butter to make a scrumptious garlic bread

Absolutely delicious!

Bought a jar at the Southsea Food Festival and just had to buy a few more jars as soon as it ran out as I can't imagine my cupboard without it! SO delicious, makes great pasta but will have to try other recipes with it.
