    Using Chef Bernie's sauces and marinades for nearly 10 years

    I've been using Chef Bernie's sauces and marinades for nearly 10 years, and they ALWAYS give great flavours to BBQ's, andoven cooked food.
    The bannana ketchup sounds strange but it works, it even works on icecream!! (a good cornish clotted cream vanilla icecream).
    The tomatoe ketchup is just great on anything (not icecream though LoL).
    Bring the taste of the Caribbean to your food, but without the over powering chilli heat.

    I must have eaten this paste on 4 chicken breasts this week & im still not bored! So so yummy & still have over half a jar left. Will definitely be ordering again.

    This jerk paste is absolutely delicious. It's fairly hot and I do love my dishes to be hot. I got five decent meals worth (usually around 10-15 wings each time) out of one jar! I usually use two good scoops of this paste with a splash of orange juice, some olive oil and some extra chopped up chilli peppers to bulk it out and marinade for 24-48 hrs. Chef Bernie even hand delivered it to my front door. That is what I call service! What a legend!
