It adds a fruity twist to fried halloumi, tofu, burgers, kebabs, chicken and steaks 

It’s a tasty dipping sauce for coconut prawns, potato wedges, fish goujons and chicken tenders

It’s a moorish alternative to traditional tomato ketchups so slather it on your pizza, cooked breakfasts, fries and oven roasted vegetables

Serve with really hot spicy food to add a sweet cooling tang that gives your mouth a rest from the fire 

Add a fruity burst of banana to smoothies, coconut ice cream, bread and butter pudding, chocolate pancakes and passion fruit pavlova

Chef Bernie's Banana Ketchup

If you put the words banana and ketchup together for a food item you would think mmmm sounds very strange that is until you try it. the taste is amazing especially with a nice cheese wow would definitely recommend it to everyone.

What a flavor!

Met Chef Bernie at the Gloucester Christmas market. Tried all his sauces, but this banana ketchup blew my mind!
I have tried this with pancakes, chips, fish and even cereal! But, for me, it goes perfectly with chicken. You have to try it!!

Sorry not to have replied earlier but so glad you enjoyed the banan ketchup, I will be back at the quays this Christmas too.

What an amazing product by far one of the best new things ive tried this year. You can taste every ingredient before you even read it on the bottle. Can have it as a sweet or savory condiment. Try it with Fittas  Salad or vanilla icecream. Really would like to try the mango/chill sauce.

Followed the pudding recipe, amazing!!

Came across Bernie on Lymington market and was intrigued by his banana ketchup and was looking for dessert ideas and I love to try new things. I couldn't get hold of any coconut butter so I replaced it with coconut cream and still came out delicious, really nice healthy boxing day hangover treat and ketchup was delicious on its own anyway can t wait to try it in something savoury . Very impressed totally converted

Great products & service

First came across Bernie at Farnham Xmas market & bought a boxed selection for my vegan son. Was encouraged to try Banana ketchup sample as well & whole family have been hooked ever since. Prefer to buy in person as Bernie is such a great guy but decided to order on line yesterday afternoon & try a couple of different products to save p&p. Couldn’t believe when it arrived at 9.30am this morning. Look forward to trying out the recipe card included.
