I grew up making Jerk Rubs and Marinades and I made this paste so you can have a quick and easy way to bring those traditional jerk flavours to your BBQ food.
It’s the perfect jerk marinade for mushrooms, tofu, veggies, fish, chicken, steak and lamb kebabs
Its fruity, spicy heat, infuses your food with the warm intense flavours famous across the whole of the Caribbean
Use it as a stir fry, or add a spoonful to your casseroles and stews and slow cooked food
We even have a customer who uses it as a spread on their bread
Control the amount of heat by adding more or less paste and set it on fire by adding a few drops of my Hot Sauce or Special Reserve Extra Hot Sauce!
