Chefs Tip

Marinade prawns in advance for 2 hours, chop up some fresh pineapple into comfortable mouth size chunks and make prawn and pineapple kebabs, grill or BBQ for two mins each side, check prawns are cooked through, (all over pink outside and white in the middle) pineapple will be hot yet still taste fresh & firm.
