Pepper sauce with great flavour

Chef Bernie's Very Hot Sauce is such a delightful pepper sauce I've subsequently purchased it for friends, family and colleagues. My wife and her family are Caribbean and are now firm converts; I've been told it's "the closest thing to home" you can find in the UK- High praise indeed. Thanks Chef Bernie!

Very good.

Have loved Bernies cooking since having it at Hobbit, then at his stall in Southampton and whenever I'm able to get some of this hot sauce I do. It very hot but also very tasty. Perfect combo.

Wow this stuff was is amazing. Had it sloshed on some hot ham and veggies - awesomeness ensued! Can’t wait to try it in a glaze for some ribs n wings on the ‘cue.

Fantastic flavour and a solid whack of heat

Its such a flavourful sauce, the sheer tastiness of it makes me use too much and it is seriously hot. Some hot sauces are hot for heats sake alone but this sauce's heat is just a by-product of the ingredients. I've used a large bottle in about 3 months and need to order more.

Best hot sauce ever!!

I am a big fan of chilli and hot pepper sauces and I think I've found my favourite. Tried this at a food festival and didn't think twice about buying it. Great heat and flavour and will defiantly be buying more once I clear my little sauce collection. Also looking forward to trying the smokey hot sauce. Thanks Chef Bernie
