The fiery combination of tomatoes, garlic, scotch bonnet, coriander and fresh lemon brings heat and zing to your meat, fish and veggies

Use in casseroles, stir fries, or in your slow cooker 

As a cooking sauce each jar serves 6 people 

Each jar will marinade  2,5 kilos of meat or vegetables. 

As there is no added sugar, it’s a perfect sauce to use on the BBQ, because it it won’t burn

Add it to butter to make a scrumptious garlic bread

One of the tastiest sauces ever.

I got a jar at Merthyr chilli festival, after trying a sample. The flavour of this sauce is simply incredible. Very versatile. I’ve fried beef and chicken with it, and also used it to marinade chicken that I’ve then roasted and it’s absolutely delicious, will definitely be getting more.

Bought this product at cowbridge food festival ... wow !!! I put it in my curry to make a coconut curry sauce and basted the chicken in the sauce too ... totally and utterly delicious

I cant get enough of this, it’s so versatile. Nice heat level but the flavour is out of this world. You can have with meat and marinade or add to sauces x

Must-have

I first found this sauce 5 years ago at a chilli festival, and since then it's been a permanent fixture in my cupboard. It's very versatile (I use it in most dishes) and incredibly tasty! My favourite is to use it to marinade meat, though I find it works well on potato wedges too, or just included in a sauce.
