  • CARIBBEAN STYLE CURRY  -  my special 'Curry Mix'  blended  with tomato’s , coconut, lemon and coriander creates a delicious paste for use  in casseroles, stir fries and as marinade for meat, prawns, fish, tofu and vegetables

It’s a  perfect alternative to traditional curry pastes.  Use as a dip mixed with mayonnaise, coconut yogurt or hummus . Each jar will marinade 2 and a half  kilos of meat or vegetables - great for BBQ cooking or add coconut milk to create a pour over cooking sauce

The tasty combination of tomatoes, curry spices, coriander and fresh lemon brings a mild heat with a tropical coconut curry flavour to your meat, fish and veggies

Use it in casseroles, stir fries, or in your slow cooker 

As a cooking sauce each jar serves 6 people 

Each jar will marinade  2,5 kilos of meat or vegetables. 

As there is no added sugar, its a perfect marinade to use on the BBQ, because it it won’t burn

Add it to your hummus, soups, and dips

Guildford chilli and cheese fair

No wonder it’s sold out on the website. Managed to pick some up at the chilli and cheese festival in Guildford last weekend - liked it so much (used it to curry some veg and tofu) I came to buy more and there isn’t any left! Please make some more!

Fabulous sauce

Discovered at the Romsey Vegan Fair. Knocked up a curry with this yesterday using: chickpeas added to a stir fry of red pepper, green beans, sugar snap peas, petits pois, leeks, lots of fresh green chilli, red onion, garlic, a few cashews, coconut milk, vegetable stock. Amazing stuff, a completely different planet to the supermarket curry pastes.

Great flavour!!

Picked up this fab curry sauce at the Veg fest in Portsmouth today. Tried it out tonight and it was an absolute hit! Smothered it over a load of cooked veg and coconut cream and served with rice. Our 3 and 6 year old boys loved it - flavoursome yet mild and fruity. Perfect. Thanks!

Thank you for your review, we love it too! Tried it the other night with cream, added 1 desert spoonful to a small carton of single cream and added it to pasta, yammed it up!
